Update on The Ranch on Clay Station Real Estate Market as of 7/08/2009

There are about 18 homes for sale at The Ranch, about 10 have sale contracts on them.
There are about 25 bank owned properties and an additional 11 homes that are in the foreclosure process.
JTS still owns about 7 lots, the 4 that are on  Barbaro Court and are under construction, one of them is under contract.
These 4 lots on Barbaro Ct. have not been put into the HOA.
