Things you should know

Septic Issue?
Your HOA Board of Directors requests that you direct all questions, concerns, requests for updates, notices of completed repairs, repair before and after photos, copies of repair receipts, and/or anything else pertaining to your septic system to the Septic Committee. Email Terry or call 916.837.7708. This is preferable to sending these to Merit or to the law firm of Anderson & Kriger, even if you receive notices suggesting otherwise. Getting info from several sources can be confusing. The committee is friendly and quick to respond, and you only have to contact one person for all of your needs.

Septic Drain Rock Fill Update:
The pace was faster today, but we have far to go. Made it up one side of Rimfire, along with appointments (except for the one that got missed - so sorry!!) Tomorrow we go down the other side of Rimfire, plus appointments.

Wednesday, October 19th there will be no drain rock fill. Mike, our sweetheart of a contractor, has a brother having serious surgery that day. Thanks very much to those who graciously changed their appointments from Wednesday to another day.

As always, if there's anything I can do to make this easier or work better for you, please let me know - Terry.

Hydro Science will start putting drain rock into the seepage pits starting at the end of this week. The process will take about four weeks and there may be delays due to rain.

Both Terry and Walt were appointed to the Ranch's Septic Committee at the last HOA board meeting. The committees goal is to coordinate septic activities with the least amount of impact on your busy lives.

There are approximately 60 properties that have gates or access restrictions to the seepage pits. You can help by messaging Terry to provide information on how to gain access to the seepage pits.
